We are pleased to share our 2017 Annual Impact Report titled Creating Gainful Jobs.

HCAP Partners remains committed to fostering high-quality jobs for all our portfolio company employees and believes that high-quality jobs are a key component of a company’s economic well-being.  This year’s Annual Impact Report details the new workplace initiatives put in place by our portfolio companies as part of our impact framework called the Gainful Jobs Approach. In 2017, these workplace initiatives facilitated improvements in job quality standards for over 1,800 employees in our portfolio¹.
