We are pleased to share our 2020 Annual Impact Report titled A focus on quality jobs during a pandemic year.

As an impact fund focused on job quality within our portfolio, we place great emphasis on backing management teams whose values align with our Gainful Jobs Approach™️. Despite 2020 being a difficult year nationwide, we are pleased to report that our management teams and portfolio companies continued to invest in job quality, recognizing the changing landscape for many types of jobs. 

In this report, we highlight the continued efforts of our portfolio companies to invest in job quality during a challenging year and also provide our recommendations on employer best practices to ensure ongoing job quality.
