Accounting and Office Administrator

Maribel joined HCAP Partners in June 2024 as Accounting and Office Administrator. She is responsible for the firm’s accounts payable and HR-related matters.

Maribel began her accounting career while owning and operating a juice bar in Pacific Beach. She has experience with small businesses and global teams, bringing over a decade of accounting expertise across various industries, including finance, law, and manufacturing. Maribel's proficiency in account reconciliation has been instrumental in helping clients and firms ensure accurate financial reporting.

Before joining HCAP Partners, Maribel was a Senior GL Accountant at Gurtin and PIMCO. In this role, she managed the post-acquisition integration of Gurtin Municipal Bond Management, including accounts receivable and custom billing, and provided detailed accounting process documentation.
